Bob Hall entered the life insurance business in 1964, doing business as Hall Financial Insurance, a career to which he dedicated his life with passion and purpose. He was recognized for high levels of production at New York Life by qualifying for various council levels - a remarkable 54 times, reaching the Chairman’s Council level every year since 1976, with just one exception, and achieved Chairman’s Cabinet Status 12 times. Bob also qualified for a seat at the Million Dollar Round Table for 52 years (The Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), The Premier Association of Financial Professionals, is recognized globally as the standard of excellence for life insurance sales performance in the insurance and financial services industry). He was a familiar sight in published articles and education information that went to fellow agents, always willing to share advice and promote agency initiatives.

Bob honed his expertise in business and personal estate planning, building relationships with CPAs, professional staff and the Nautilus Group designing long term plans for business owners and individuals. Bob, along with his team have helped farmers, ranchers, professionals and businessmen and women build, maintain and conserve economic security. His staff included his son, Robert W. Hall and Troy “Jeff” Woods.

Sadly, Bob passed away February 12, 2019 at the age of 79.

Bob was well known in his hometown of Sunnyside and throughout the Yakima Valley, having been an outstanding high school athlete and business and property owner at a very young age. He participated in Chambers of Commerce, the Lion’s Club, Elks Club, Rotary, Jaycees and other local charities and fundraising benefits. He was an Eagle Scout and an avid supporter of the Boy Scouts of America.

We are proud of Bob’s many accomplishments and outstanding success as an agent with New York Life Insurance Company. His care and concern for his clients was always foremost to his success.
